Ocean Sands Resort and Spa
May 30, 2008
At the all-suite Ocean Sands Resort & Spa in Pompano Beach, your troubles will be left behind the moment you enter your room. This small property is more of an escape than a full-out resort, though it does have two heated pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a stretch of white sand beach at it’s disposal. The rooms are elegantly appointed, include a fridge and bar area, flat screen TVs, balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a great property at which to steal away for a quiet weekend and unwind.
If you must leave the property, the Galleria Mall and Pompano Race Track are both only fifteen minutes away, but why leave when you can take advantage of the beach, fitness center, salon and spa?

Spa Director Oris Martin has chosen to use Pevonia Bontanica products, which offer pure botanical and marine ingredients and take facials to a whole new level. After a massage and some time in the steam room, you’ll not only be gorgeous, you’ll be renewed and refreshed -- so much so that you might not want to leave the Ocean Sands, in which case, you might want to consider sticking around for a stay at Bella Boot Camp, a structured fitness retreat. This program is designed to expose you to all aspects of health and fitness and is limited to 14 people per group to ensure a personal training environment that aims to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, weight loss and flexibility.

Couple the Boot Camp package with the Spa Package and receive a massage a day in order to soothe muscles tired from all the cardio, yoga, pilates and spinning you’ll be doing.
