Hola! Blend together the sounds and rhythms of Broadway and jazz, and you know you have a hit on your hands ... The 8th Annual Live at the Gardens Summer Music Series at Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales kicks off on Saturday, May 30 at 7:30 p.m.
The concert will feature Rebecca Renfroe and Victoria de Lissovoy with a dynamic and entertaining program of great American classics of jazz and Broadway tunes - Green Dolphin Street, Masquerade, Our Love is Here to Stay. Tickets for the concert are $15 advance purchase and $20 at the door, if available.
The summer series will continue on June 27 with fold singer Rod MacDonald who will perform timeless ballads on acoustic guitar and harmonica. On July 25, Dixieland music will be front stage with Good Times Jazz Band. On August 22, Elvis impersonator Dwight Isenhower and The Repeatles will bring back the glory days of 50s and 60s much.
