| Le Meridien, Sunny Isles: New Dining Deals |

Chef Tom Rhyneer took over the dining operation at Le Meridien in Sunny Isles (in between the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas) -- and he's doing great things. I just found out about a three-course, $20 dining meal for early eaters staring soon this coming week. The full release isn't out yet, but watch here for the announcement of dining hours.
Chef Rhyneer has also introduced a Friday through Sunday Happy Hour where lobster beignets and queso fundido are both on the menu. With a view overlooking the ocean, this sounds like a worthwhile spot to grab a drink and kick back after a long week of work -- or before the next one begins, for that matter.
