| The world's top female sailors are in St. Petersburg this weekend, match racing on the waters of Tampa Bay hoping to win the prestigious Rolex Osprey Cup.
The sailors will go head to head in identical Sonar keelboats, which is one reason why match racing is seen as the ultimate test of tactics and skill.
Topping the list of this ISAF Grade 1 regatta is a veteran of the 2008 Olympic games, Anne-Claire Le Berre of France, who is currently ranked seventh on the international match racing circuit
Other competitors include 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist and U.S. Sailing Team member Anna Tunnicliffe of Plantation, Fla. Tunnicliffe won an Olympic Gold in the singlehanded Laser Radial and, two weeks ago, won the 2009 Rolex International Women's Keelboat Championship.
