It's Not Over 'Til the Brazilians Recite
April 24, 2008
Yup, there’s some life left in National Poetry Month yet. Make that International Poetry Month: Tigertail Productions launches its latest publication, Tigertail, A South Florida Poetry Annual, Volume VI, Brazil Edition, edited by Horácio Costa and Charles Perrone. This bilingual Brazilian poetry journal will be presented free at a reading at Books & Books in Coral Gables tonight, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

In addition to the editors and what will surely be a good turnout of the local poetry community, poet Simone Homem de Mello and cover artist Julie Davidow will also be in attendance. This is a great chance to get signed copies of the book, which features 15 poets presented in both Portuguese and English.

Books & Books is located at 265 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables. For more information Click Here or contact Tigertail at info@tigertail.org or 305-324-4337.
