Recently I joined the wonderful VISIT FLORIDA video production crew in the Gulf Coast city of Pensacola to uncover the thriving arts & culture scene there. We spent the entire day visiting museums, art galleries and restaurants to capture the essence of the area and I hope that you all enjoy the video! You can watch it by clicking here.
One of the highlights of the day was our visit to the Belmont Arts Center. Located just a few minutes drive from the pristine ocean, this warehouse is celebrating its 10th anniversary of offering exciting courses for local residents including glassblowing, pottery making, glass bead making and more! Our VISIT FLORIDA video features an interview with master glassblower Joe Hobbs who is one of the premiere artists in residence here.
