Think summer school is just for children? Well, a special program in Miami this summer offers adults the opportunity to hone their writing skills without any chance of detention.
Whether you are interested in working on your memoirs, a screenplay that you've been tinkering with or an idea for a fiction novel that you've told your friends about, the Florida Center for the Literary Arts workshops can help to make your dream a reality. Classes start on June 1 and have great titles like "Writing Really Short Stories—All About Flash Fiction," "Turning Memories into Memoir" and "Writing Earth—An Intro to Environmental Writing."
