This class is for all levels and is held on the grassy front lawn of The Barnacle overlooking Biscayne Bay (in case of rain, class meets in the Micco Pavilion). Bring a yoga mat and shawl. There is minimal parking inside the park, so car pool if possible and arrive prior to 6 p.m. to ensure that the class begins promptly.
