Each July (2009 date TBA), the Tallahassee Museum hosts its annual Swamp Stomp Music Festival, an outdoor celebration of acoustic music that has become a staple of the Big Bend’s cultural calendar. The festival is organized by one of the Big Bend’s favorite homegrown musicians, Del Suggs, who performs and teaches nationwide.
