Description
On the Atlantic Ocean at the northern end of the Treasure Coast roughly midway between Melbourne and Vero Beach is Indian River County’s most populous town, Sebastian. Incorporated in 1924, it bills itself as the home of Pelican Island, friendly people and six old grouches.
