Live Oak

Description

As its name implies, Live Oak is shaded by the canopies of ancient oaks, dripping with Spanish moss. The town isn't far traveling southeast from Florida's capital city, but its pace mimics the Suwannee and Santa Fe Rivers that bound it – naturally relaxed. Live Oak's Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park may best embody its assets, with canoeing and hiking through Old Florida wilderness.
