This Pinellas County city was settled by Scottish immigrants in 1899 and includes Honeymoon Island and Caladesi State Park. Its heritage is Scottish; each year the city celebrates the Dunedin Highland Games and Military Tattoo. Located near Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico, Dunedin is known for having one of the most walkable downtowns in the region.
